Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, Malik Stationery will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Since we operate on a cash on delivery model, refunds will be issued either as store credit or via bank transfer (where available). You will be asked to provide your bank details for the transfer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Custom or personalized items
Opened stationery or items with broken seals (unless defective)
Clearance or final sale items
Late or Missing Refunds
